Client Responsibilities

• Ensure timely approvals and decisions to maintain project timelines.
• Make payments according to the agreed terms in the project contract.
• Provide site access as required for project execution.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by Global Lifestyle Interiorremain our intellectual property until full payment is received and ownership is formally transferred as per the project agreement. Our website content, logos, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all our projects, Global Lifestyle Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services as specified in individual project agreements.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, in accordance with Indian law.
